Mindfulness and Meditation: The Art of Positive Thinking

Mindfulness and meditation are practical tools to deal with the challenges of daily life, which enable us to remain calm and focused. They help us let go of stress and negativity, and stay alert in a positive way.

Positive thinking helps us to improve our relationships and become a happier, more loving individual. It also improves our energy levels so that we can get the very best out of life.

This event is open to everyone and will offer down to earth instructions on how, through mindfulness and meditation, we can improve our lives.

The talk will be given by resident teacher Kadam Chris Heyes, an experienced Kadampa teacher, who has been practicing Buddhist mindfulness and mediation for over 26 years.

The talk cost is £5, with refreshments afterwards. It will be held in the auditorium.
