About the course: Start your New Year with a fresh and positive approach. Discover the practical benefits that meditation and mindfulness can bring. Learn how to integrate positive thinking into your daily life and give yourself the power to be happier in 2019. This events are suitable for all. These classes will include topics such as:

  • Wednesday 9th January Becoming Calm
  • Wednesday 15th January Becoming Positive
  • Wednesday 22nd January Becoming Confident


About the TeacherKelsang Norpel has been a Buddhist monk since 2010. He is an inspiring and lighthearted teacher known for his humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. His teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.

Everybody is welcome: This three week course is perfect for all levels of experience.

Cost: £15.00 for the whole course or £6.00 per class payable on the night, or cash only as we don't have credit card facilities at this venue or please call or please book in-advance see below

Each class is self contained with two guided meditations, some simple instructions on how to meditate and a chance to discuss and ask questions, all in the comfort of a chair. You can join at any time, no need to book or reserve a place.
