Find out how to step out of your daily concerns and worries and create a calm and happy mind. Daily we are affected by negative thoughts and emotions, both arising from within ourselves and from the world around us. Through meditation we can learn to cleanse our mind of negative thoughts and emotions and be able to go about our daily live with clarity and confidence. This half day course is suitable for complete beginners and anyone who wishes to find out how to develop a clear and happy mind. The class is made up of Talks, discussion and guided meditations. Learn to to feel refreshed, confident, patient and calm.
