Coping with Exam Stress
At different times in our lives we find ourselves having to sit an exam. Wether theory test for learning to drive, GCSEs, BTEC or university etc. We can find ourselves getting into a ( tiZ).
Sometimes we are not motivated to study, sometimes we are completely discouraged and find it difficult to study. Whatever problems we have can be increased by stress. on this course Kelsang Yankyi will give teachings and guided meditations, giving you the ability to use meditation to overcome stress and study effectively.
