In this world of continual clock-watching, of crowds, of busyness, someone who has a calm, peaceful mind becomes an oasis for others. We can develop a clam mind, and can help others also to experience some inner peace.

In this half day course, we will learn how to calm and still our mind both through the teachings and through experience in meditation.

There wll be two short teachings and four guided meditations and a chance to discuss and ask questions over a cup of tea or coffee.
